Simple Approach

A10 - Exit Lendorf - B100 - to Greifenburg-Weißensee - take the left to Weißenseer main street B87 - at the lake drive through Oberdorf, Gatschach, Techendorf and Neusach. Stay on the street until there is the sign of „end of Neusach“, cross a small bridge where you find the huge garden of the „alte Säge“ on your left. Continuing along fence you find the sign with the logo on it on your left.

Arrive Comfotably

At alte Säge everything is designed so that aou get along well. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you. On your arrival day Irmi Mosser is in the house until 15 o ́clock and is pleased to welcome you. If you arrive later, there will be someone at alte Säge again on Monday at 9 o ́clock. In urgent cases (e.g. no hot water, heating failure, water pipe breakage) you can call the service hotline at
+ 43 (0) 664 82 83 335.
Your apartment will be ready for you at 3 p.m. at the latest. Once you arrive at alte Säge, please put your car in the carport provided.

               5BOJE and 6ANKER

You’ll find your key in the key box on the right of your apartment entrance door. You have already received your personal code. Be aware to have it with you on arrival. This code accompanies you during your holiday, so that you can place your key conveniently there when you leave the house.

In your apartment you will find on the side of the door a main switch for electricity. For safety reasons we kindly ask you to turn it off when you leave the apartment. The dishwasher will continue if it has already been turned on.

      1STEG, 2BUG, 3HECK, 4FLOSSE

 You have already received your personal code. Be aware to have it with you on arrival. This code accompanies you during your holiday, so that you can place your key conveniently there when you leave the house. You’ll find two hotel cards in the key box. Please leave one keycard in the box, in case that you get locked out, there is still one card inside.

Use your key card to open your apartment: hold it to the black knob below the door handle. You’ll see a green flashing light and you will have time to turn the knob to the RIGHT (for apartment 1STEG, 2BUG and 4FLOSSE) or to the LEFT (for apartment 3HECK). This will open the door. 

Insert the hotel card in the little box on the side of the door to switch on electricity. For safety reasons we kindly ask you to remove the card when you leave the apartment. The dishwasher will continue if it has already been turned on.

your holiday apartment:

Although larch is a soft wood we have chosen it for our oiled floors. You are kindly asked to take off your shoes at the door before stepping into the apartments. That way, we can preserve the floor as long as possible for all our guests. We will provide hotel slippers for use in the apartments.

Do you like to order fresh bread and rolls from the local bakery? You will find in your wooden box right at the entrance in your apartment a description of how and when the delivery takes place.

In summer everyone is looking forward tot he beautiful beach. Please note our instructions, which we provide in your apartment.

We provide a basic supply of dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, a rinse sponge, garbage bags, kitchen roll, baking paper for the oven, salt, pepper and sugar in the apartments. Some rolls of toiletpaper and our good soap in the sanitary areas. Please make your own arrangements if you require any more of these items.

Our guest laundry room is located at the northern building of alte Säge. It is also fully equipped with washing mashine, dryer, drying reck, ironing board and iron, as well as laundry detergent.

In the laundry room is also a shelf to place your ski boots, skating shoes and your hiking boots. Our reception provides information about the region, restaurant tips and dates of current events.

Wooden hut

Please put your own bicycles or ski into the wooden hut, just across the main entrance door. The waste is also to be disposed there.

Departure

We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m. so that our team of cleaners can begin their work – it takes time to clean the apartments. We know how much our guests appreciate the cosy homeliness and cleanliness of our apartments and would like to keep things that way for as long as possible.

Before departing, you are kindly requested to take out the rubbish to the wooden hut in the boxes provided. Please ensure that each item of waste is deposited in the correct container (we see waste separation as extremely important). Only residual waste is collected at Weißensee Nature Park; we are responsible for depositing any other (separated!) waste at the municipal collection point, which carries out stringent checks. We fully understand the endeavours of the local authority to minimise environmental pollution in the Nature Park and hope we can count on your support to keep this effort involved to a minimum. Before leaving your departure please put any used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please do not leave any used dishes or food in the apartment. Before you check out, please ensure that the apartment is clean and tidy.

Please do not light the stoves on the day of your departure. This will enable us to remove the cold ash when we come to do the final cleaning.

Please return the following items to us before you leave:
Your keycards, your baker’s order list, any cards for hiking/biking you may have borrowed, any keys for bicycle locks, ice-skating and cross-country armbands in winter.
