- The Gralhof in Neusach is an organic hotel for guests traveling without a dog. The Gralhof cooks freshly every day. Chef Michael Knaller prepares a 4-course menu of local and regional products, which is varied, fine and thoughtful. Because he attaches importance to the fact that always the entire food lands in the cooking pot. This is how the plaster and stalk are made, and everything from pork belly to fillet is processed.
From 6.30 pm they serve a menu, they only cook as much as guests are expected, so please reserve a table. Let us know if you would like to eat vegetarian or vegan. And by the way, on Wednesday no meat is cooked.
Would you like to have breakfast at the Gralhof? In the winter in the restaurant, in summer time in the garden, breakfast with yoghurt from the neighboring farmer, fresh homemade bread and fresh eggs you will enjoy too.
The Gralhof is open from beginning of May to mid-October. In the winter it is open from Christmas to mid-February.
